Diverse DAF Seitenschürtzen von MDmodding 1.35.x

First of thanks to MDmodding for letting me share my fixed version of his mod.

Features:
– standalone
– skinable
– unlock at level 4
– works on all versions from 1.28 until 1.35

Work with Schumi and SCS daf, possibly with OHAHA too, but that’s not tested.
