Durango Fix (Coast to Coast and VivaMexico comb...

This mod fixes a conflict between Coast to Coast and Viva Mexico on ATS 1.38.

You may encounter a problem that after installing Coast to Coast and Mexico some of the cities disappear from the map. This fix is the solution.

It rewrites Durango city definitions (both countries have this city) and now everything works as it is supposed to.
