Beschreibung

Alles Map-DLC wahrscheinlich erforderlich.

    Version update 15.1

    Minor Urban Overhaul v15.1 - 1.44

    Changelog v15.1

US-101 widened all the way to Oxnard (Agoura Hills/Thousand Oaks area)
A little more urbanization east of the I-10/I-15 interchange (San Bernardino/Redlands/Calimesa)
Signage update across all covered California area, plus new signage on I-40, CA 58, CA 99 and I-10 east of San Gorgonio Pass (The map in the OP has been updated, if you want to visualize that better)

I-5 widened to 2×4 from San Diego to just north of Los Angeles (originally a mix of 2×2 and 2×3)
I-5 narrowed to 2×2 from Sacramento to Redding (originally 2×3)
I-10 widened to 2×4 from Los Angeles to Palm Springs (originally 2×3 and 2×2)
US 101 widened to 2×4 in the Bay Area and near Los Angeles (originally 2×2 and 2×3 respectively)
I-580 (the California one) widened to 2×4 from the I-5 junction to Richmond (originally 2×2)
I-80 widened to 2×4 from Richmond to SR37 and 2×3 up to Sacramento (originally 2×2)
CA-99 widened to 2×3 near Bakersfield and 2×4 in Bakersfield (originally 2×2)
Some very minor signage changes, mostly getting rid of “Carlsbad” being posted everywhere.
Areas near Los Angeles, the SF Bay area and Sacramento more “urbanized”
    Downtown Los Angeles remodeled.

    Fresno,
CA-99 is done up to halfway to Fresno and vanilla signage has been
replaced with the post-Arizona sign templates in the Los Angeles area
and the reworked CA-99 area. Had to take some artistic liberties in some
places due to how different the road network is in the game compared to
    real life.

    Version update 15.0

    Minor Urban Overhaul v15.0 (1.44.x)

Minor Urban Overhaul - this mod rebuilds the map, cities and highways, increases the number of highway lanes, junctions and large urban areas. This mod greatly increases traffic density in major urban areas, these areas being defined as the San Diego - Los Angeles corridor, San Francisco bay area, Sacramento, Reno, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Portland and Seattle; traffic elsewhere is kept to vanilla levels, which I think is realistic enough.

    Features Minor Urban Overhaul:
    • I-5 widened to 2x4 from San Diego to just north of Los Angeles (originally a mix of 2x2 and 2x3)
    • I-5 narrowed to 2x2 from Sacramento to Redding (originally 2x3)
    • I-10 widened to 2x4 from Los Angeles to Palm Springs (originally 2x3 and 2x2)
    • US 101 widened to 2x4 in the Bay Area and near Los Angeles (originally 2x2 and 2x3 respectively)
    • I-580 (the California one) widened to 2x4 from the I-5 junction to Richmond (originally 2x2)
    • I-80 widened to 2x4 from Richmond to SR37 and 2x3 up to Sacramento (originally 2x2)
    • CA-99 widened to 2x3 near Bakersfield and 2x4 in Bakersfield (originally 2x2)
    • Some very minor signage changes, mostly getting rid of "Carlsbad" being posted everywhere.
    • Areas near Los Angeles, the SF Bay area and Sacramento more "urbanized"
    • Downtown Los Angeles remodeled.
    • All map DLC probably required.

    Changes in v15.0:
    - Adapted to the latest game patch 1.44;
    - Fixed I-17 in Phoenix widened.
    - I-80 in San Francisco (Bay Bridge) widened.
    - Northbound I-5 south of Seattle widened near the weigh station.
    - Assorted corrections.

    Version update 14.2

    Minor Urban Overhaul v14.2 (1.44.x)

    Changelog v14.2
Some fixes for a few signs with broken fonts, nothing game-breaking. Most importantly, scenery around the US 101 in the Bay
Area has been reworked, trying to replicate the San Jose area more accurately. Sadly, the weird tiny road linking Santa Cruz directly to the I-5 had to go for that.

    Version update 13

    Minor Urban Overhaul v13 (1.41.x)

This mod greatly increases traffic density in major urban areas across the map; traffic elsewhere is kept to vanilla levels, which I think is realistic enough. Use the available “Lite” version if you want only the scenery/signage changes in California and Phoenix Area.
I-5 widened to 2×4 from San Diego to just north of Los Angeles (originally a mix of 2×2 and 2×3)
I-10 widened to 2×4 from Los Angeles to Palm Springs (originally 2×3 and 2×2)
I-10 widened to 2×4 In the Phoenix region (originally 2×3 and 2×2)
CA-99 widened to 2×3 near Bakersfield and 2×4 in Bakersfield (originally 2×2)
Signage overhaul in California, including US-101 and I-5 south of San Francisco and I-15.
Areas near Los Angeles, the SF Bay area and Sacramento more “urbanized”
    Downtown Los Angeles remodeled.

    Changes in v12:

    - Uses n1cky1992's I-10 connection between PaZz's Quartzsite and MUO's Phoenix
    - Added I-10 connection from MUO's Los Angeles to Reforma's new Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and the refreshed PaZzMod areas
    - Added Western Star dealership in Stockton (which was missing with the old MUO/SN Patch)
    - California highway signage changes using Mega Resources in Los Angeles, Stockton, and Oakland

    MINOR URBAN OVERHAUL V11.2 (07/16/2020) 1.38.X

    Changelog v11.2:

    - Kennewick connection is working now.

This is just something I've been only making for myself for some time, but decided to make public now.

(For compability with traffic spawn mods simply open the mod with a file archiver (7-Zip, WinRAR, ...), open the "def" folder and delete "traffic_data.sii" and "traffic_rules_spawn.sui" inside its "world" folder)

It also includes many changes I've been making trying to portray some places more accurately, these changes detailed below:

•I-5 widened to 2x4 from San Diego to just north of Los Angeles (originally a mix of 2x2 and 2x3)
•I-5 narrowed to 2x2 from Sacramento to Redding (originally 2x3)
•I-10 widened to 2x4 from Los Angeles to Palm Springs (originally 2x3 and 2x2)
•US 101 widened to 2x4 in the Bay Area and near Los Angeles (originally 2x2 and 2x3 respectively)
•I-580 (the California one) widened to 2x4 from the I-5 junction to Richmond (originally 2x2)
•I-80 widened to 2x4 from Richmond to SR37 and 2x3 up to Sacramento (originally 2x2)
•CA-99 widened to 2x3 near Bakersfield and 2x4 in Bakersfield (originally 2x2)
•Signage overhaul in California, including US-101 and I-5 south of San Francisco and I-15.
•Areas near Los Angeles, the SF Bay area and Sacramento more "urbanized"
    •Downtown Los Angeles remodeled.

    Version 9.0

    MINOR URBAN OVERHAUL V9.0 1.36.X

    Changes v9.0
    Compatible DLC Utah
Did a rework of all the high-traffic areas I added, now areas with extreme traffic are all confined to freeways while areas inside major cities have increased traffic compared to vanilla, but not to the point of gridlock after a minute like it used to be.

•Some very minor signage changes, mostly getting rid of "Carlsbad" being posted everywhere.
•Areas near Los Angeles, the SF Bay area and Sacramento more "urbanized"
    •Downtown Los Angeles remodeled.

Fresno, CA-99 is done up to halfway to Fresno and vanilla signage has been replaced with the post-Arizona sign templates in the Los Angeles area and the reworked CA-99 area. Had to take some artistic liberties in some places due to how different the road network is in the game compared to real life.

    US EXPANSION COMPATIBILITY PATCH: https://modsbase.com/xou866nhy1s6/US_Expansion_Compability_Patch_for_Urban_Overhaul.scs.html

  • 15. Juli, 00:05 Uhr
    Version 6.0

    MINOR URBAN OVERHAUL V6.0 1.35.X

This mod significantly increases traffic in large urban areas; these areas are defined as the San Diego Corridor - Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Reno, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Portland and Seattle; Traffic elsewhere is kept to a standard level, which I consider to be quite realistic.
(For compatibility with traffic generation mods, just open the mod with the file archiver (7-Zip, WinRAR, ...) and delete the “def” folder)

It includes many changes that the author made when trying to portray some places more precisely, these changes are described in detail below:

    • I-5 widened to 2x4 from San Diego north of Los Angeles (originally a mixture of 2x2 and 2x3)
    • I-5 narrowed to 2x2 from Sacramento to Redding (originally 2x3)
    • US 101 expanded to 2x4 in the Bay area and near Los Angeles (originally 2x2 and 2x3 respectively)
    • I-580 (California) widened to 2x4 from intersection I-5 to Richmond (originally 2x2)
    • I-80 expanded to 2x4 from Richmond to SR37 (originally 2x2)
    • Some very minor changes to signage, mostly getting rid of “Carlsbad”, published everywhere.
    • Areas near Los Angeles, SF Bay and Sacramento are more “urbanized”

The updated map includes Bakersfield’s “urbanization” along Route 99 (no changes in lanes, as this will require a complete restructuring of interchanges, perhaps much later) and changes elsewhere.

You must have all the extensions DLC.

The mod must be compatible with other mods of cards, if you put them in a higher priority, although the author has never checked.

There are two files in the archive:
    1. minor_urban_overhaul v4.scs
    2. Urban overhaul patch US Expansion.scs - patch compatibility with US Expansion v2.6
