MERCEDES MP4 ACTROS (SCHUMI) LOW DECK [1.38.X]

-Made for ETS2 1.37.xx but working with 1.38.xx
-Working with the New Actros tuning DLC
-The only bug is that the license plate is missing, if you use this chassis
-It replaces one of Shumi's 4x2 chassis (for me, the 4th one)
