SCANIA DC13 OPEN PIPE SOUND MOD [1.40]

Made a DC13 Open Pipe sound mod for Scania (L6).

It works with the SCS old Scania two trucks, and the RJL one.

For the Fred's Scania he will provide an update with his truck and this sound soon.
