  Changelog
  added ETA indicator (estimated arrival time), hidden when time is not available (there is no delivery, no navigation, etc.);
  added an indicator of time to the required vacation, hidden with the fatigue option disconnected;
  The structure has been changed for future additions.

  Added nearby icon;
  Added motor brake icon;
  Added an indicator of the current speed value;
  Added the range of the car indicator;
  Added fuel bar;
  Added the remainder of the fuel in the tank as a percentage;

  Compatible with Scania R & Streamline from SCS and RJL.
