This mod contains a warehouse and a house, in the newest city of Epinal (Reims - Strasbourg road).
The warehouse has:
- Parking
- Gas station
- Repairer
- Weight station
- Administration building
- 8 docks
The house has a parking and a garden.

Installation:
Extract the .scs file to your mod folder. If you use another map modification (e.g.: Promods), this modification should have a higher priority than the other map in the mod manager.
