Thank you for you hard work, your beautiful map gave me a lot of joy so far!
I am wondering how property maintenance is calculated on this map.

- On a new map (easy economy) the daily property maintenance is ~3000 EUR. No extra land bought, no extra placeables, etc. Everything is the default at start.

- After a few game days property maintenance exceeds 10,000 EUR / day. For a year (3days/season) this is beyond 120,000 EURs which is a lot considering you only have a single plant/harvest cycle to earn this money.

Even if I sell all my placeables and all my land (I only own a few vehicles) the property maintenance stays the same. There is now way to lower the amount.

Can you confirm how you property maintenance can be reduced?
