John Deere MultiFruit Truck And Trailer Pack

Pack has been rebuilt and released as it should have been from the beggining, guess thats what happens when you get in a rush to publish a mod without fully testing it.

Changes to pack are as follows:

Added matching dollys to pack for players who prefer to haul double trailers

Changed the scheme on the John deere dressed down version to make it more appealing.

Added a trailer2 to the pack for each truck for hauling doubles the trailer2 has a capacity of 110,000 liters the original 200,000 liter trailers are still in the pack for those players who just want to haul a large capacity single trailer.

Adjusted cruise control on truck to where it will cruise at 6MPH to unload harvest on the go from a combine or chaffer; Use key 1 instead of key 4 

Adjusted reverse speed, speed was to fast before.
