VOLVO 2009 NEW LIGHTBOX DECAL

– As the title implies, this mod changes the default light-box texture for Volvo 2009
– It adds the texture found at Volvo 2012 trucks, Globetrotter cab sign
– Tested on 1.21 but should fine on all versions, no errors
– Mod manager ready
