Ok so let me get this right. Clover or alfalfa has to be incorporated into map. I then plant it in a field then when it matured i can cultivate it and it turns into fertilized but i can only plant rape behind it for the fertilize to take affect?

  no, if you cultivate rape/clover/alfalfa then the ground is fertilized for every plant...

That is true you can order it as an option. If you dont make an front weight version could at least make the front 3 point hitch its own child of the parent in GE so it could be changed privately?
