Hello Spartan, this mod pack it is the best new holland tractor pack I've seen for fs15, especially with the small tractors!
I've been using in my save games for countless hours, but after that time I've been noticing that with the real terrain mod that you recommend (and even without it) the fact that all the T4's and T5's have the locked front axel, makes this tractors all most impossible to use on the fields if they have bumps, or are ploughed.
So if could take a bit of your time into this bit, I would be greatfull, if not still thank you for this awesome mod, and keep on modding!
The reason I locked the axle is because GIANTs physics engine goes crazy when you attach a trailer to a "light" vehicle (it starts shaking left and right for infinity when it is stationary) so I had too many people being annoyed about that part... you can never please everyone XD
But I know, I really wish I could unlock it. If you play Singleplayer you can unlock it yourself and test it. To do so:
- Open the .zip file and then the /xml folder
- Drag the newHollandT5_95.xml file (or whichever you want to edit) to your desktop
- Open it with a normal text editor such as Notepad or Notepad++ (not Word or other "Rich Text" editors)
- Scroll to the bottom and find the <components> tag
- in it you will find this line: <joint component1="0" component2="1" index="1>0" rotLimit="0 0 0" rotLimitSpring="0 0 0" rotLimitDamping="0 0 20" transLimit="0 0 0" breakable="false"/>
all you need to do is to change rotLimit="0 0 0" to rotLimit="0 0 7".
- Save the file.
- Drag it back into the .zip/xml folder
- Delete file from desktop
- Play the game with unlocked front axle.
Yes, I remember reading those comments, and I must say that for a fix, you've done the right thing.
I've already done that, you've posted that...I tried it, tempered with some more parameters in thoose lines, but it would decrease the shaking, but never to much, just to half or so...
If you wouldn't mind I would like to ask if you know some tutorial or so in how to reverte it to the original in game suspension, because thoose tractor mostly to frontloader wok, and shaking tears up my bale stacks xD

Hello Spartan, IMO this is one of the best Tractor Mods in FS15. Really love it and used for many hours so far. There are two things, i´ve noticed: T6.165 is 50km/h in shop description, but is not faster than 41kim/h. And how do i see ingame, if tuning is enabled? left ctrl + t to toggle it on? Tuning on / off is displayed in the top-left "control hints" window in game (if you use Gearbox and v1.0. I disabled tuning in v1.01). And thanks for the report on the .165, I'll fix it but not going to give any ETA for next version.
Thank you for your response.I found the problem, ECU tuning enable/disable not showing. I was using the beta 1.2.99.4 of gearbox script. Seems to be not compatible. With version 1.21 it works fine.

but with the newest version, i have an error when im trying to buy a tractor and my game freezes. The previous version worked absolutly fine.
the mod is absolutely great, but i hope you fix (i won't say Problem) the very sensible cab suspension, its definetely too much (for my opinion), its really hard to drive in indoor view on a cultivated field because of the shaky camera.
richtig gutes mod pack 4von5 punkten nur das mit dem sitz fine ich nen bischen übertrieben so gäb es fon mir 5 von 5 punkten kannst du das vlt nen bischin verringern aslo das das nur noch bei großen huckeln so is und nen bischin flüssiger das wäre super :)
Sorry Spartan, but this Error is not really nice.
If you drive a T7 Tractor you roll over. 30 Km/h and you drive a curved line, the tractor turns over.
I think the Centre of Mass is too high in this Model.
I will lower the center of mass for next version, but just to confirm; which T7 did you use and did you have any attachments? tools/weights/frontloader etc.?
But toppling over is kind of my point with this mod :) , you'll have to take a little care about how fast you'r going. I'm not sure how a real T7 reacts to a full steering turn at 30km/h, but it doesn't sound very safe.
Just realized.. do you play with keyboard? I can understand how that might make the turning quite annoying with my tractors, I'll have to consider and test that myself a bit more.
Great. But if I press Keypad 1 on the T7-260 not only the Turn Signals goes on. The Dual wheels also toggled on.
So please do the dual wheels on other Keys.
Thats the only Error i found. (atm)
Well, I often seem to make some odd choices with keybindings... Keypad 4 and 6 is what other mods use, I should probably use that as well. Will be changed for next version.

guter mod bin echt beeindruckt, sehr gutes Fahrverhalten aber was mich stört is das die kabine so extrem wackelt
